Can I return or exchange my order?

Unfortunately, due to our brand being brand new, we can't risk receiving back items that could be broken. After items have been shipped, the item is no long under MaCon Jewelries' responsibility. However, we can ensure that our products are packaged properly and use the proper items to prevent any damage on these items. 

Are your jewelries authentic diamonds and gold?

Yes! We sell high-end and real authentic gold and diamonds which means our products are long-lasting and do not tarnish. Our gold items are not gold-plated, ensuring their high-end quality and our diamonds will not easily fall out. 

What material are your products made out of?

Our gold jewelries are made up of yellow gold or white gold depending on the product. To clarify, this is not the same as silver, or gold-plated items that come at much cheaper prices. Our diamonds are pure and authentic natural diamonds. 

How long until I receive my order?

Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days and should arrive within 3-7 days after it has been shipped depending on the method of shipping you choose.
